Our Commitment

PlayVS Game Changers are a powerful group of female ambassadors working to empower more girls to get into gaming and learn about the various career opportunities available within the industry.

Our Promise

Esports is unlike traditional sports in that it is all-inclusive, and to that end, we want to ensure young women feel comfortable and welcome on our platform.

Zero Tolerance

PlayVS has a strict zero tolerance policy on toxic behavior. If players want to engage in harassment of any sort, they’ll have to find another platform in which to do it.

Coached Environment

PlayVS leagues provide a structured, supervised environment for gamers of all skil levels to compete and experience the benefits of esports. The presence of a coach provides structure, discipline, and a guiding hand to ensure a positive experience.

Mentorship

Having somebody you can look up to makes big dreams feel achievable. That’s why our Game Changers program seeks to provide mentorship for those who want to connect with an elder within the industry to share their wisdom and offer encouragement.

Amanda Stevens

Diversity & Inclusion Consultant
Amanda is an esports jack of all trades having worked as a journalist, an editor, a host, and a diversity and inclusion consultant. Recently Amanda partnered with Cloud9 for their Pride 2020 initiatives and raised $10.2K for Trans Lifeline with her Street Fighter V tournament Transitional Combat.

Annabel Zinn

Co-host of Power Up digital series
Annabel is an outspoken member of the collegiate esports community and a co-founder of Esports at UCF in Orlando, FL. As a student leader, she focuses on advocating for other students and sharing professional resources to help them gain confidence and learn new skills. She is a co-founder of Power Up Stories and a Radio-TV major hoping to work in the industry when she graduates.

Crystal Mills

Crystal Mills has worked with various organizations in esports, including theScore, Esports Insider, Benzinga, The Loadout, Supernyx, and OpTic Gaming. In addition, Crystal is a Women in Games Ambassador, a streamer of a variety of games, and host of the podcast Power Level. She hopes to use her mixture of experience both in and out of the industry to promote healthy decisions in gaming and create opportunities for other women trying to find a way into esports.

Elaine Gómez

Elaine is a passionate game designer and developer currently working at indie game studio E-Line Media. She is also a proud co-founder of Latinx in Gaming, a non-profit organization creating a community and amplifying Latinx game industry professionals' voices in the US and Latin America. She has a heart for young people and a deep desire to give back to the community by being the change she wants to see.

Jasmine Kitterman

Jasmine is a strategic communicator for gaming and esports campaigns. Her experience includes leading international press relations for the ATL FaZe Call of Duty League and digital marketing for the ATL Reign Overwatch League. At AXR, she oversees project communications, including Cxmmunity's HBCU Esports League and Red Bull Gaming's Solo Q competitions.

Karina Ziminaite

Karina has been an active part of the growing European esports media scene for over 6 years. Karina brings a wealth of experience and knowledge from both esports and traditional media. This allows her to focus heavily on establishing and fostering deep connections betweens teams, fans, and their stories. These connections built G2 Esports into the content powerhouse it is today, setting the bar for content and production teams industry-wide.

Kelsey Moser

Competitive and Collegiate Development Lead

Kelsey spent years as an analytical journalist covering the LoL esports space before transitioning into coaching in 2018. She has worked in Shanghai, Berlin, and Los Angeles in various capacities, but currently resides in LA as the Competitive and Collegiate Development Lead for Evil Geniuses.

Lindsey Migliore

Esports Medicine Physician
Dr. M is a licensed medical doctor, avid gamer, founder of GamerDoc, and President of Queer Women of Esports. She is dedicated to helping gamers of all skill levels game healthier, better, and longer as well as advocating for women and LGBTQ individuals in competitive video gaming.

Liz Murphy

Liz Murphy is the newly appointed Chief Marketing Officer at Ritual Motion and responsible for marketing, sales, content and brand strategy. She brings 22 years of experience in the media industry having held positions on both the editorial and business sides. She also served as adjunct professor of Marketing at the NYU Arthur L. Carter Journalism Institute. She received her BA in Journalism and English from Lehigh University.

Melita N. Moore, M.D.

Melita N. Moore, M.D. is a quadruple Board certified sports medicine physician. She is a team doctor for the NBA 2K, WNBA and NBA leagues. In addition, Dr. Moore is a Board Member of the Global Esports Federation where she uses her platform to promote healthy gaming and elevate women and persons of color in gaming.

Rebecca Dixon

Rebecca, co-founder of thegameHERs, is an entrepreneur and marketing executive with a passion for businesses and organizations that support and amplify women. At thegameHERs, Rebecca is primarily responsible for strategic business development and growth. Previously, she led the brand partnerships and marketing initiatives at Mommybites, and she was part of the team that sold the company.

Summer Scott

For the past 5 years Summer Scott has been focused on helping esport athletes reach peak performance, using a holistic training approach. She prides herself on helping players and coaches achieve a healthy team culture and lifestyle that allows gamers to play in a sustainable way.

Wendy Lecot

Wendy Lecot grew up playing arcade games in a mall, progressed to a WOW parent and today is an avid fan of the NBA2K League For two decades prior to joining HyperX, Wendy compiled success after success in various business manager, product management, channel sales and marketing positions at Kingston, IBM, Ingram Micro, and Epson. A graduate of Pepperdine University, Lecot holds a Master’s in Business Administration degree.
